If we shipped the wrong item or your book arrived damaged/defective, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
Full refund includes: Item price + original shipping cost (if item is defective or we made an error)
Partial refund includes: Item price only (if returning by choice). Original shipping is non-refundable for standard returns.
